The area was awful and the property was literally trash; grounds management was rude, mean, and thieves enforced a $20 deposit policy that was never returned. Overall, it was my worst stay ever.

The hotel is close to my work and the night staff are friendly, but the room could be cleaner, the faucet needs repair, and there are other issues in the room.

It was affordable, but the female receptionist was extremely rude, acting as if customers owed her something. I was told I couldn’t use the laundry even though it was listed as an amenity. I was about to pay for 10 more days but chose another hotel instead; I won’t stay here again.

Reserved and paid online, found it was the wrong location, contacted to fix, they said I needed to call the location directly and they were no help AT ALL! They did not refund my money, or help in any other way

The bed, shower, clean smell, and nice cable were good, but I didn’t get my deposit back; they charged my card for something I couldn’t use and Motel 6 didn’t refund me. Don’t get caught in a bind with them—they never refund.
