The hotel offered the same old stuff with no highlights; the bed wasn’t a true queen, there were no charging stations in our room, the tub was too tall for a handicap room, the carpet needed a thorough vacuum, the furniture required dusting and modernization, the motel office door was left open and the office was messy, and the hot tub needed a deep cleaning and maintenance—so we won’t return.
