“Clean and reasonable rates.”
The place was quiet and spacious, and there were no negatives.
The location was great, but the roof in the room was peeling, the floor was warped, and the AC unit was loud.
Everything was fine, and nothing was bad.

The room was clean and spacious, but after telling the hotel in the special instructions that we had a dog, I received an email saying they could accommodate the instruction and no charge would apply. When I arrived, a $25 fee was added; I pointed this out to the front desk, and she claimed it wasn’t for the dog, though that was the only special instruction I had given, so I’m not sure what the fee was for.
“It was overall a very nice stay. Would definitely stay again.”
The facility was fairly new, clean, and in a good spot with plenty of parking; the pool and hot tub areas were nice, and the small laundry made things very convenient. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. However, pets barked a lot, and our room had pet hair on some furniture, which was unpleasant, though the staff helped resolve the issue and made the stay pleasant. More outdoor furniture on the patio would be appreciated.
