It's deep in the rice fields and you have to take a bike to get here, but that's what makes it so peaceful and connected to nature.
The view and setting are just stunning.

A private balcony offers garden views. The air‑conditioned villa includes a living room, a separate bedroom with one bed for two guests, a minibar and a flat‑screen TV. A private bathroom provides both a bathtub and a shower.
Absolutely stunning place owned by the most wonderful and welcoming people . It was our first stop in our 20 days trip in Bali and it made the trip start on the right foot . Nothing . I wish we could have stayed a couple nights more !
The location right in the rice fields is very special and beautiful. You feel no traffic from the very touristy centre of Ubud. The accommodation is only reachable on foot or by scooter. During the day you can ride the scooter for free down to the street. Even after 20h the transfer is organised for a small fee. That worked very well. Communication with the owner is via WhatsApp. He lives near the accommodation and always responds quickly and reliably. Everything is very well organised! A beautiful, tasteful and still very new accommodation that we liked very much and blends well with the surroundings. Using the scooter is recommended for some situations. You can also walk nicely in the rice fields. If you want to go to the centre of Ubud and come back in the dark, the scooter option is a good choice. From the drop‑off point you are a few minutes on foot to the centre.

“A Fantastic Stay”
We couldn't have had a better stay in Ubud without Putu's hospitality, his kindness and attention to detail. The location of Sokwayah Jungle Villas is just perfect with being right in the middle of rice paddy fields but still being walkable to the centre of Ubud (with great restaurants and the attractions within reach). It was made extra special by the lovely decorations for my partner's birthday - a huge thank you for this lovely touch! The room was spacious and was kept spotless during our stay. It was so nice to have the pool with great views of the sunset too. Putu's communication was fantastic with answering any questions we had via WhatsApp. He helped us to book any tours and experiences and made sure we had our breakfast order in for each morning. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the Indonesian options particularly! The attention to detail was clear in every way from the complimentary toiletries, to bathrobes and slippers and the lovely local welcome drink on arrival. It was a privilege to stay here and I know I will recommend to any friends or family who are visiting Ubud in the future. Thank you for a memorable trip and best wishes!
A truly special place, surrounded by nature and lush jungle. The pool is absolutely beautiful — swimming in such a peaceful and green environment makes the experience really unique. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every need. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, natural beauty, and a genuine escape immersed in nature
