“Disgusting accomodation and terrible Customer service”
Nothing positive. The accommodation was filthy: hair in the bathroom drawer, dirt on the kitchen sink, hair on the floor, dust everywhere, old sheets, and visible white stains on the duvet. I photographed everything, yet the person in charge dismissed my concerns. The conditions were so unacceptable that I left before spending a night there and had to pay for alternative accommodation out of pocket. Despite providing photos and spending hours contacting the staff, I was repeatedly dismissed. My request for a refund on my second booking was also refused, supposedly because I was rude to the team. Instead of fixing the real problem, they focused on my frustration as a customer who had been ignored. Anyone would get frustrated after paying in advance, having to find another place, and having legitimate complaints dismissed. The accommodation was disgraceful, the customer service appalling, and no one took responsibility. I have photographic evidence and strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property.
