A private balcony is part of the Family Double Room, which also includes a flat‑screen TV, minibar and free Wi‑Fi. The room sleeps four guests and offers a fireplace, a wardrobe or closet and a socket near the bed. The en‑suite bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a flat‑screen TV, a hairdryer, a minibar, a socket near the bed and satellite channels. Hand sanitiser is provided in both the room and the bathroom.

Breakfast was simply exceptional! I loved the idea of receiving the basket directly in the room. Besides being very well prepared, it had plenty of variety and more than enough quantity for a couple. We took advantage of those days to rest in the chalet, and it was a wonderful experience. The bed was super comfortable, the TV was a great size, and the fireplace warmed the whole environment very well, making the chalet even cozier. Another point we loved was the silence. The place was very quiet and during our entire stay we were not disturbed at any time. It was a delicious and very relaxing experience. I would definitely come back! ❤️

Breakfast was excellent, the chalet was very well located, hygiene was impeccable, the place was quiet and silent, the smart TV was top quality, and the bed was comfortable. When I arrived, the first contact took a long time to be attended, and then I was taken care of by a younger girl who seemed not very eager to work and had little patience; aside from that initial moment, which I think is important to report, we were treated very well the rest of the days, and even when I asked to change my breakfast time, I was promptly attended.
I absolutely loved everything! The chalet was spotless, the linens and towels were perfect, and the bed already had two blankets with an extra one ready to add. There was a thermal sheet and a fireplace (charged separately at a very reasonable rate, as is common everywhere), so the cold never really got in. Cleaning was outstanding, with daily room tidying. And the coffee… wow, the coffee was delicious, well‑served and delivered to the chalet in a charming little basket at the time we chose, right on schedule. I left photos, but I should note I asked them to remove a bunch of items we don’t eat, so besides what’s in the pictures, a few things were missing. It’s close to the center, walkable, though the steep streets of Monte Verde might be tough for some; there’s always parking in the center and paid lots cost 10 for the period, while the inn includes free parking for your car. It’s the only inn I can’t find a single thing to criticize. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
