The views from the windows and the cleanliness of the rooms were good, but for breakfast (for 4 people) we received only 4 pancakes, 6 hard‑boiled eggs, jam, bread, and tea. Kitchen cleanliness was very poor. The room had no wardrobe, so there was nowhere to hang clothes. Power outages are normal in the area and not anyone’s fault, but due to the heat and rain we had nowhere to dry clothes. The drive to the cabin is very demanding.

The breakfast was tasty, but getting to the property is really difficult—no off‑road vehicle can manage it. The owner was very friendly, though a small misunderstanding arose: we had booked a room with a double bed, but we were given a room with two separate beds. We told the owner, but she didn’t see the issue and explained that double‑bed rooms were sold out. She refunded the price difference and offered drinks. In the end, everything ended well.

A great spot outside Theth – a car is recommended because the road is unpaved!
