The front‑desk agent was hyper‑pleasant, there’s free 24‑hour self‑service tea, coffee, and dry pastries, which I find amazing. The bedding was good, the hot water was good, the welcome chocolate was very nice, I recommend it.

The meatballs were so good I’d come back for them again; the host was excellent :) I loved the auroras we saw and the beautiful greenhouse right at the entrance.

The room was nice and spacious with a great view over the river, a good hot shower and a very comfortable bed. The staff, especially the manager the night I checked in, were really nice and helpful and both dinner and breakfast were great. The location for Detifoss, Selfoss and Hagilafoss is perfect and for seeing the northern lights which I was lucky enough to experience. Nothing

The room was nice. The bed was good. It was great that there was a place to cook yourself. The staff were kind. We initially had a room that smelled like a sewer, but we were lucky to be able to switch rooms.

Great location, nice staff. Moldy smell in room, and mold in the bathroom. very basic room, not preheated prior to arrival
