The bidet was broken, and when I asked for it fixed they said they couldn’t do anything. I requested a room change, but they claimed they were fully booked. I told them I didn’t want the room anymore and wanted a refund, but they wouldn’t refund me and denied me a chance to speak with the manager. I ended up staying that night, but every time I needed the bathroom I had to descend six floors to the main bathroom, which is completely unacceptable.

The spot’s great, but the room was a bit noisy because of nearby construction and being close to the elevator; the soundproofing isn’t the best.

The hotel staff were super friendly and kind, doing everything to keep us happy and comfortable, yet the property still needs upgrades and renovations.
