Maureen was a lovely host – we arrived to homemade cinnamon scrolls, chocolates on the bed, and more; the accommodation was super nice, the shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t get to use the private hot tub, but Maureen explained how to use it, and there was food for the horses and goats, so feeding them was a bonus. Nothing else was an issue; the only downside was that there isn’t much food nearby, so we had to get meals in Prince George, which isn’t too far by car.

The ranch location was beautiful. We stayed in the old pig house, which had been converted into a very comfortable cottage with a wood burner and kitchen, and it was blissfully quiet, several kilometres off the highway.
