Clean, secure, warm and a comfortable bed. Loud people in another room downstairs late at night made it noisy.

The bed linen was dirty—awful. There was a crumpled rug on the floor, and only one large and one small towel were provided for two people. The room smelled bad, and it was obvious that no one had cleaned it.

“Inaccurate information”

I tried emailing the hotel three times over two days about the bed and check‑in, but got no reply. Only after the manager messaged me on WhatsApp did I hear back, and he sent two rude voice notes that vanished once I listened to them. The walls are extremely thin, especially between floors, so I could hear every conversation, TV, and phone call from my roommates. The bed sheets were left all over the dining table and living room furniture, making those areas damp and unusable. Since the bedrooms aren’t meant for dining, a proper eating space is essential. The entryway is already cramped, and leaning construction materials against the wall make it even tighter; the dust on those materials suggests they’ve been there a long time. I could use the clothes washer, but it took over four hours to finish a load. The advertised distances to shops and restaurants are more than half what they actually are. The check‑in time listed as 12a‑12a was misleading; when I tried to check in at noon, I was told it was after 3pm, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website, and the staff treated me rudely when I pointed it out. The back garden is overrun with weeds and construction debris and is unusable; the back door has no handle or lock and is held shut by concrete blocks leaning against it from the outside, making it hard to exit in an emergency but easy for someone to enter without a key or passcode. The corners of the rooms, especially the bathroom, exposed pipes, and baseboards were quite dirty. The front of the house has no number, making it hard to find, and my room 1 faced the front street and overlooked garbage cans.
