The room was very clean, towels and soap were provided, the price‑to‑quality ratio was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We were given a windowless room that was not what we had ordered, and there were no amenities at all. The cheap room smelled bad and was a total disappointment for the money. I would rather stay in a car. The reception guy was a big guy who gave us a different room than we had booked, then never answered the phone—complete disaster, never again.
The staff were specific and meticulous, parking was available, and everything matched the description. The air conditioning worked well, the connection to Warsaw centre was good because we went to a concert at the national stadium, but the room lacked at least a mini‑fridge for drinks, and the trip was ridiculously hot at 36°C.
