From the moment we booked, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even arranging transport and tickets for the nearby parks. The food was tasty, the grounds looked great and were spotless, and the room we got for my sister, mom and me was spacious and super comfy. We felt safe the whole time and were looked after constantly. Thanks a lot!

Everyone who deals with guests is really attentive and kind, and the meals we had were downright delicious. It felt like a small, pleasant surprise every time we walked into the dining area. Definitely a place where the staff make you feel welcome.

The spot was quiet enough for the break I needed from my daily grind, which was exactly what I was looking for. On the downside, there weren’t enough games – a ping‑pong table or a net for volleyball on the football field would have been nice. Still, the peace outweighed the missing activities for me.

The place is gorgeous – rooms are fully equipped, comfortable and spotless, and the common areas are tidy and appealing. We loved the crystal‑clear pool, the spa with its stunning view and fantastic massages, and the staff who were on hand for everything. It’s just five minutes from Panaca and seven from town, and the nearby Diverso restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Nothing really went wrong.

Everything was spot‑on: the orderliness, the pool, the food – all absolutely spectacular. We liked every aspect of the stay and couldn’t find anything to complain about. It was a solid, enjoyable experience from start to finish.
