The small, atmospheric hotel has a private feel and is in a great location. The difference between a large room with a view and a small one at the back is significant.

The location in Sea Point is excellent, the hosts were always ready to help and gave great tips for exploring Cape Town, and I highly recommend this place.

The Walden Suites offered an amazing stay; its Seapoint location is safe, central, and close to the V and A, and as a solo traveler I enjoyed walking the beachfront without any trouble. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond, the room was impeccably cleaned daily, the breakfast was huge—though I missed a few days because I woke up early—the room had comfortable fans, a large balcony, and good internet. Everything was reasonably priced, from drinks and food to Uber rides. The only downside was that the TV wouldn’t turn on.

The location is in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood. The reception by Mélanie and her staff was warm and made us feel at home immediately. The rooms are pleasant, and we received excellent restaurant recommendations. Everything was perfect.

The staff were kind and available, and the place felt very family‑friendly; its location made it easy to visit the Cap in just a few days, and there were no complaints.
