The staff were wonderful—friendly, professional, and helpful. The sweet ladies at the breakfast room were so attentive that they heard it was my niece’s birthday, improvised a cake decorated with rose petals, brought red balloons, and sang the birthday song in Turkish and Spanish, making her day and ours so thoughtful. We’re so grateful! Everything was great!!!

The location is great and the terrace lets you see the balloons early in the morning, so overall it’s good value for money. However, the staff tried to rip us off whenever possible: we were charged €50 for laundry, yet a shop 5 min away only cost me €10. They also quoted a high price for a hot‑air balloon that we ended up booking elsewhere for 20 % less.

Excellent location, easy to walk to everything. The entrance is nice with great photo spots. The room was very comfortable with all the main services. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Everything was OK.

Top location, top room, nice staff, nice atmosphere. Nothing much to complain about—I really enjoyed my stay here!

The location and the hotel’s character are great. The only issue was that the bathtub cap was broken, so we had to improvise to fill the tub. Breakfast was mostly salty; they could have added some cakes or croissants.
