“Disappointing experience”

Mehdi was the greatest in the team, he was professional and kind and knows how to handle stressful situations, plus he is an easy going person who knows how to talk to clients. He was 10/10. Walid was good at doing his job. Some of the stuff were absolutely disgraceful and show zero respect, I am talking about Achraf and khadija, two of the staff that made my second day at Manzil la tortue an awful one. They had zero skill of communication nor how to be professional. Disappointing from the owner of the place to have two people like them in the team. As you can see see on the photos, the team told me that the swimming pool would be open all night for residents, but it was covered. When we spoke with Walid and Mehdi, they opened it for us the first night after talking for about 30min. The second night Khadija and Achraf refused to open it

Nous avons de nouveau passé un excellent séjour… Tout est réuni pour se sentir bien… accueil, service, sourire…L’ambiance est paisible, ressourçante…. Tout est propre et parfaitement entretenu… Une très belle adresse…Hâte d’y retourner ☀️🐢

Les communs (piscine et restaurant) et personnel au top Superbe piscine. La chambre très rudimentaire avec un extérieur tristounet

Tout, le cadre, la direction, le personnel aux petits soins,la superbe piscine et de jolies chambres : quoi demander de plus . On reviendra , ça c’est certain . Rien . Si ce n’est de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps. On se rattrappera la prochaine fois
