I loved the location, even though it's right in Playa del Carmen's center, it didn't feel too noisy. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach. The pool rules were a bit strict; we had some guests outside the patio who were a bit loud, and because we were on the first floor directly facing the pool, their shouting made it hard to relax, and the guard didn't say anything to them.

It was comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting to the usual spots, making it an excellent base for exploring the area's attractions. The pillows were the most comfortable for my taste.

The spot and the price were great. The TVs were very old.

The rooms are excellent—very pretty, clean, and spacious. There's no parking; if you rent a car, you'll have to leave it at a public lot.
