Great location, nice staff, the breakfast was good, great wifi, the room was nice and clean. My only issue was the bed/matress/pillows, though I had a single bed, they need to invest in new pillows! it would make a big difference

The receptionists were all very nice and helpfu!. Rooms were quite small for our stay of two weeks but that was managable. Parking situation in the centre of Ponta Delgada is horrible but thats not the fault of the hotel
