The central location is just 2 minutes to the vaporetto stop, a supermarket is right next door, and many restaurants are within walking distance; the staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was very good by Italian standards, and the private parking costs 10.— € per day—fair! The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy from the street.
