Heliconia Park Hotel and Golf Resort

I liked everything except the restaurant staff; they lack respect and one dark‑skinned employee was very foolish, so I plan to report her. The hotel itself is great, and the staff there are fine, but the rude dark‑complexioned employees ruin the experience. The receptionist who checked me in was excellent, just like the hotel and its facilities. I enjoyed everything and will definitely return; she even gave me slippers when she noticed my shoes were uncomfortable. Everything is 100/100 except the silly restaurant staff, and I am surely coming back.

More variety needed for breakfast, and the location is too far from the city centre.

“Good value for money.”

Good value for money. Secuirty was 10/10. Lots of space and good choice of programs on the TV to select from. Food was also very tastee, even though some of the options in the menu, were missing from the kitchen. Internet was a bit of an issue as you lost it, when power goes, so you have to wait for power to come back and it restarts. terrible when you are on a video cal. UPS should be in place for Wifi. Security measures were a bit cumbersome, and not pragmatic
