The location and cleanliness were good, and the food was tasty. The lobby was the only place where the staff worked; everywhere else they were awful and unhelpful. I didn’t get a cocktail, and the bar was just a mess.

The visual appeal and the buffet restaurant food were tasty, yet the service was disastrous. There was almost no service at all. The waiters just stared at you, kept walking, and never asked if you wanted anything to drink. You had to ask them yourself or fetch drinks yourself, which is unacceptable for a 5‑star hotel.
