Claudiane was helpful and polite. The real issue was the 100 % pre‑payment policy—totally annoying. I booked a quadruple room but got a double bed and two wall‑mounted mattress spots, barely enough for two small kids. It’s not a fit for four adults or two couples.

The staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast had almost no variety, the bed was hard and there were no sheets. The place isn’t actually near the beach as advertised and it’s hard to get to.
