“Not worth it by a long shot”

The bed was comfortable, yet there were people yelling outside all day and night, housekeeping entered my room at 8 am, fleas, cobwebs, used shampoo bottles were found, overall just unclean.

“Thie was the worst stay of any hotel that I have experienced. I would tell any traveler not to stay”

The hotel was a complete disappointment; the staff behaved unprofessionally, with the front desk worker showing his underwear and taking another phone call while I was there, forcing me to wait about 10 minutes before he even addressed my issue. The service was awful, as they checked me out of my room without permission and I had to return the next day for a new room; the staff also entered my room without authorization and repeatedly asked if I was checking out when I went to my car, which was deeply offensive.

“Roaches, broken stuff in the room from towel racks to the desk chair, holes in the wall, holes in the bed covers, towels”

The location was decent, but the staff overcharged for pet fees and even accused me of stealing a face towel (1), there was no complimentary breakfast even though the website claimed it was included, the ladies at the desk were friendly but the management and room cleaning staff were not, and overall it felt like a temporary front office.
