Fabio was an excellent host and guide, grew up there and knows the Amazon well; we especially liked the boat excursions, the transfers and communication ran smoothly, and the tours are highly recommended because they’re held on a smaller scale.

“Perfekt für ein naturnahes Erlebnis im Regenwald!”

Living here feels like being next to a jungle. During the dry season we could walk to a waterfall in the village, where several restaurants are also located. With Fabio, our guide and owner of the place, we managed to do some really nice tours. We saw everything, and the best part was that he knows a lot of people everywhere, so we got an authentic experience. We also spent a night in the jungle, which was a very interesting experience and definitely recommended. On weekends, many visitors from Manaus come to the village, so it gets much livelier. We were here in the dry season; in the rainy season or when the river is higher it should be even more beautiful.

Fabinho is a fantastic MATEIRO. He is very confident and knows the forest so well that all activities, even though we are in the middle of the juggle, flow smoothly and make us trust him. Everyone does their best to make our stay as good as possible. We enjoy every minute and usually return to the roost exhausted, ready to sleep and prepared for the next day that will start very early. Electricity is a big problem for the community.
