The location is great, central and near all the amenities, and all the utilities worked as expected.

The spot right across from the port is spot on, surprisingly quiet even though it's in the heart of town. The owner is very available and attentive, friendly enough to give me a broad overview of the island, its beaches, and a few tips. The internet connection was almost nonexistent, so I had to rely on my own, which was inconvenient. The bathroom was almost pitch black with mold; it needs a fresh coat of paint and a new shower pump.
