“Poor communication”
I booked a room, but the hotel deliberately refused to hand it over to us.

Worth trying, although the staff were a bit slow.
Nothing! Stay away from this place! It’s not like the rooms looked on Booking; they’re stinky and full of mold. Stay away, I wouldn’t even recommend it for free!
Close to the city center and the price for a double bed room is reasonable.
“Soggiorno terribile”
There was nothing positive to note. They gave us the smallest room despite us paying for the larger one, and I had to push quite a bit to finally get the room I’d booked. The room was cold, smelled of mould, the bathroom was dirty and its window wouldn’t close, and I found two cockroaches inside. Right outside the room was a pond with fish and a constantly croaking toad that kept us up all night. The location was very inconvenient, and the distances were not as advertised.
