The rooms are very clean and neat. And the Manager Rajesh and his team is Very helpful and friendly. Water flow in bathroom is slow during night time
The villa’s setting is gorgeous, surrounded by hills and a cool breeze, and the rooms stay very clean, yet the space feels cramped, there's no drying rack for clothes, a heater is missing, and even though a fan isn’t necessary in Ooty, one would still be useful for everyday use; also the hotel’s listed name differs from the actual one.
The room felt overcrowded.
