“Sampai jumpa! 下次再见！”
Thanks to Philip, Riza, and Tommy for a fantastic stay at your home :) The room was roomy and fully equipped, and the place had its own vibe with all the colorful paint and artwork. The location is in a local village where you can also find good bakso and a quiet beach. The distance from other tourist spots is a drawback, but that might appeal to travelers seeking something off the beaten path.

Very peaceful and quiet. A whole private bungalow at a very good price, with a lovely view over the trees and across the water to neighboring islands. Good AC and functional Wi‑Fi. Swimming pool and covered patio for hanging out. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they create a real family atmosphere. Excellent and varied food, and you can even get a beer in an area where it’s not easy to find. Not the most convenient location for exploring the island, so you need to either rent a vehicle or have someone take you places (which is what I did). Not a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. But it was so nice just being there, and Philippe’s son drove me up to Ipoih when I wanted to go snorkeling.
We had a very peaceful stay at Coco Jungle. Our hosts were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a beautiful variety of nature to enjoy on the grounds, including some beautiful flowers, and there are several delicious meal options available for vegetarians! 😋 The pool and club house add to the relaxing atmosphere, and our hosts were very kind. Also, the beach is less than a 10 minute walk from Coco Jungle. We look forward to staying again very soon!

Philip is an ideal host: he knows when to offer help and when to give you peace. He has a pool, a great nearby beach, and a friendly village. The location sits up a short steep road from the coastal road, offering stunning views of coconut canopy, ocean, and Banda Aceh in the distance. Breakfast and excellent dinners are offered at good rates, and scooters are available at excellent prices. The bungalows feature large comfortable beds, terraces with drying racks, tables, chairs, and great views, plus en‑suite bathrooms with good pressure. Very quiet and peaceful; four bungalows and one family unit with a kitchen. Ants were a minor issue, no hot water but cool showers worked well, and the electric power went out a few times. It’s just the local village, but with a scooter or taxi the entire island is within 30 minutes.
An excellent place to rest. Both Jeanphi, Rizza, and Marley will do everything possible to make you feel at home. They respected our privacy a lot. There was very good communication from day one. You can also rent scooters here. Don’t miss trying their food, it’s exquisite!
