Nothing positive. The TV never worked, and even after a room change they never solved the issue; worst of all, they didn’t apologize.

Most staff were friendly and helpful, and the location fit our needs perfectly. The hotel was clean and any requests were handled quickly. The soundproofing between our room and the next was nonexistent; it felt like a third person snoring in our bed. At 5 am the staff used loud walkie‑talkies while checking people out, waking us up unnecessarily. The shower temperature would suddenly shift from warm to scalding hot, which could be dangerous for someone elderly or infirm. Breakfast could have been kept warmer.
