I was surprised by the cheap price even though it’s in 23 wards, but the check‑in time at 21:00 was a downside.

The price was a bargain and the location was close to the nearest station, which was great. Even though check‑in was late, the 12:00 checkout let me relax a lot, and the freedom to come and go plus nearby restaurants and a convenience store were nice. I was hesitant at first because it’s a love hotel, but once I re‑framed it as a “place to have fun” and didn’t try to act like a buyer, it felt like a normal hotel. The only problem was the late check‑in, which isn’t good for people who want to rest early. I’m also unsure if you can stay multiple nights. The JR line nearby means you hear trains, which is okay, but the building next door was under construction and the noise was loud. Construction sounds and loud voices from workers were audible until midnight. Work started around 8 am, and the drill noise sounded as if it was right next door. It would be helpful to note that the neighbor is under construction. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well. That’s why my rating is low.

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the train station. The room was very clean, the staff were very nice, and since it’s an adult‑only hotel I was worried about noise but the room was super quiet. The price was good and everything was perfect staying here.

The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and friendly. The room was clean, and besides the hair dryer there was a curling iron. The station, convenience store, and Don Quijote were all nearby. Even though it should be a love hotel, it didn’t feel strange.
