“Pleasant”
The place was spotless, the staff were friendly, and it offered good value. The only downside was that the fitness centre was not up to standard.

The staff were very service‑oriented. Occasionally they were a bit strict at night.

The hotel’s location in the Cipete area was exactly what I needed. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities maintained a good standard. It’s great that there’s a swimming pool. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The facilities were clean, the pool was well‑maintained, and the gym was convenient. However, my room faced the street, so traffic noise echoed through the room.

The place is well situated near nice coffee shops and the price is reasonable for a long stay. The room feels a bit dull and the lighting could be better.
