This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was really comfy. The only downside was that the walls were super thin, so I could hear everything going on in the next room, but overall it was a great stay.

I was really disappointed with this place. The description said breakfast was included, but when I asked for it, they just hung up on me. It was like they were trying to scam me. The room itself was fine, but the whole experience was a letdown.

The staff here were super friendly, which made up for a few issues I had with the room. I was a bit taken aback when I found out there was no heating, considering it was still pretty chilly in the spring. Luckily, the staff were really helpful and offered me a solution, so I was able to get warm eventually. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I wish they'd had a way to heat the rooms a bit better.
