I've been visiting Goa for over a decade, and I've never had a stay as bad as this one. The room was infested with cockroaches, and when I asked for a change, I was told all the rooms were full. The room service guy showed up at my door at 11:45pm trying to charge me 1500 rupees for a bill that was meant for another floor - it took 25 minutes of arguing to sort it out.

The hotel's proximity to Tittos Lane is definitely a major plus - it's just a short walk away and the area is buzzing with life. However, the noise from the bars and clubs can be pretty loud, especially if you're a light sleeper. The rooms are small but spotless, and the staff are helpful, even when you check in late. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but you do get what you pay for.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which is a big plus, but unfortunately, it's one of the few redeeming qualities. The room was surprisingly clean, considering the chaos that seemed to be going on everywhere else. But honestly, the noise from the street was unbearable, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud of rocks. The location is great, but it's not worth the sleep deprivation.

This place really delivered. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect. It's a great spot to explore the city from. I'd definitely stay here again.

The whole experience started off on the wrong foot when we arrived at the location listed on our booking, only to be told by the owner that it was actually 8km away. We were a group of 5 people who had been standing outside the wrong address for nearly an hour, and to make matters worse, the owner didn't even bother to respond to our calls. The confusion and frustration were palpable, and it was a really disappointing start to our stay.
