“Price was right & drive easy!”

Checking in was quick and the staff were friendly. The rooms have been updated with new bathrooms, comfy beds and large flat‑screen TVs, so they look modern. The price is great, and the drive to Ravens Stadium and downtown is easy. The only thing missing is a coffee maker in the room.

“DO NOT RECOMMEND”

I booked with the “Pay at the property” option, meaning I would pay when I arrived. When I got there, the reservation had already been cancelled because they said they couldn’t charge my card and just dropped it. The front desk was extremely rude, raised his voice, and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, repeating the same refusal over and over. He even told me to leave and called my family a “piece of shit.” There was no breakfast, despite it being advertised. The whole experience felt like a 5th‑grade argument and showed zero professionalism or customer service. If they don’t trust guests, they should remove the “Pay at the property” option instead of giving a fake one.

It’s convenient for shopping, but the cable TV selection was not very good 😕

“Probably wouldn’t never stay at a super eight again unless it’s the only thing in that town that is available at the tim”

The room took me back to the 80s, which was childhood memory so it’s pretty cool seeing a push button phone with a little red light on it and gold curtains. The bed was like sleeping on a slate rock, and the pillows wasn’t even no better. There isn’t no breakfast even though it was advertised
