The location was great – very quiet. I didn’t have breakfast because I left early. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place to come back to. Everything was well taken care of. No comments.

The house and the place are beautiful. The room is great, very pretty, comfortable, and clean. A very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The interior décor is atmospheric, especially the common areas. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room wasn’t clean enough – we found hair on the bed and in the bathroom. After pointing this out, the owner cleaned up the mess. Another issue was a constant unpleasant odor, probably meant to repel moths, which were present. There were no window screens.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly and attentive, the place is amazing, very pretty, the room is nice, it’s a very quiet spot, parking is easy, and the surroundings are unbeatable. If it weren’t for what follows, which might just be a coincidence, this would definitely be my favorite place to sleep in Euskadi. The bed was a bit damp, and because I’m allergic to dust mites, that dampness caused my nose to clog up, there were mites, and I had a bad night because of it.

“Great stay in this beautifully decorated house with lots of characters.”

The décor is gorgeous with plenty of character. The host was very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. It’s a short, pleasant walk into Gernika. Nothing – everything was great.
