The location was great.

When we arrived, one room wouldn’t cool to a comfortable temperature; we told the front desk, but they said no maintenance person was available and there was no other room to swap us into. The second room had several roaches. We asked the front desk again, but they had no solution either, only promising a credit of an unspecified amount.

Everything was spotless and the staff treated us very well, and there were no complaints at all.

I liked that the place was clean and the staff friendly, but the hallway and stair carpet was very rugged and old.

Not a lot. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the flooring had gaps between the planks and was slipping, there were bleach stains on the comforters, the decor looked like it was from the 70s, and the walls were stained, run‑down, and dingy.
