The cleaning crew and maintenance guy named John were great—John was very helpful and the cleaning lady was very nice. They discovered it was my son’s birthday and, while cleaning, decorated the room with balloons, which my son and his cousins enjoyed. The only complaint was that it was 100 °F outside, the AC was off when we arrived and it took hours to cool the room, the fridge and microwave were unplugged and the fridge never turned on; it was very dated, so that wasn’t a surprise.
