Everything was fine with no complaints, the facilities were excellent, and the check‑out was very accessible; I had no issues and liked everything.

The room was a decent size, though it looked a bit dated, which some might find charming with its old‑fashioned furniture; the breakfast was poor compared with our previous hotels, the area was surrounded by construction, and it was far from the main area.

They took a deposit of 5858 yuan from me and after two weeks the money still hasn't appeared on my card; the hotel won't answer my calls and I’m about to file a police report. I have all the receipts.

The hotel feels cozy, clean, and beautiful. The pool and spa are great, and it’s quiet. The staff are very pleasant and try to help with any issue. They charged me for one night's stay a day before check‑in in addition to the deposit, but when I spoke with them they refunded those funds. The deposit was returned after I checked out.
