Average. Room super hot when entering - should have been prepared with AC Turned on. Poor English of the staff. Quite some problems with issuing 3rd card (to keep AC going while away)

The location of this hotel is super convenient, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. However, there was one major issue with the bathroom - the showerhead filter was clogged, and the water pressure was really weak.

The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, which was a great start to my stay. However, there were a few issues with the room - the hot water took ages to arrive, and the water pressure was really weak. To make matters worse, there were ants on the pillow and the room could have been cleaner. The lighting in the room was also a bit dim.
