The place is quiet and just a short walk from the Imperial Palace, plus there's an awesome restaurant a block away (facing south). The fan in the room was noisy, we could have used more pillows, and the internal garden lights stayed on all night, shining into our room.

The location is great, only 5 minutes to the palace and close to the embankment. The staff were very pleasant, polite and welcoming. The room had ventilation ducts that let in street and construction noise, making it impossible to sleep after 6 am.

I was really happy with the homestay’s location and its cozy vibe, but the fans were a bit dirty.

The place is in a great spot next to Ciudad Imperial and Ciudadela, the room is spacious with comfy beds, and the staff are friendly; the shower lacks a partition and can splash everywhere if you’re not careful.
