“Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Will ich auch nicht weiterempfehlen.”

The location was central, right by the citadel. The booking process was problematic from the start; Booking had issues with the preset filters, so instead of two people in one room, it booked a single person in a single room. The biggest problem was breakfast: we stood at the counter and the staff demanded money because we had booked the standard rate but wanted the comfort breakfast. They never mentioned this rule. Also, the cleaning lady who handed out the breakfast vouchers didn’t speak English. I checked out immediately.

“Buon hotel, posizione strategica, ma colazione troppo limitata”

I liked the central location, the cleanliness, working Wi‑Fi, free water bottles in the room, slippers, and the hot water that worked perfectly. The bathroom was a bit small, and near the bed there was no light switch (you have to get up to turn the light off) and no power outlet, which made it inconvenient to charge my phone. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast service; the staff at the counter (not a buffet) would say, “that’s all you’re allowed to take” after you had already requested two or three items.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city and the rooms are spotlessly clean, but the rooms are modern yet a bit cramped.

The location was good and the room was reasonably clean with free water. The Wi‑Fi completely dropped out on the second night. Breakfast was a token for 20 Somoni, and I had to choose from items at the downstairs café, which was okay but a bit confusing because there was no plug by the bed.
