We got a room that was still dirty from the last guests, so we asked for a change and were moved right away – that was a relief. But the cleaners were a bit impatient, telling us we couldn’t wait 20 minutes for them to tidy up, and we were already tired after a long drive. We declined their service on the second day, left to explore the city, and they finally cleaned the room that evening. We’re grateful they did it, but the whole cleaning situation was a bit awkward.

The staff were super friendly and let us drop off our luggage at 10 am, even though it was before check‑in. The rooms were clean and exactly as shown in the photos, and the linens were swapped after five days with fresh towels twice. The bathroom had only tiny soap bars, but the kitchen had everything we’d need – an induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and dishes for breakfast or dinner, plus a sponge and dish soap.

The other hotel wouldn’t let us in at noon, but this place welcomed us at almost 2 a.m. The reception was warm and the room was neat, with comfortable beds and everything spotless.
