Very friendly lady who gave us a good explanation, we felt at home right away. Tidy breakfast and clean sleep and bathroom. Convenient location, everything close by, food and drink, and still so quiet. Nothing negative, we recommend staying here. Super.

We were pampered throughout the stay. The super helpful owner gave us a lot of advice and it’s clear she cares about the details. Breakfast was plentiful and always a different sweet each morning made by a collaborator, also very friendly and helpful. Reception was great. Ideal location for exploring the Sinis peninsula, perhaps the most underrated spot in Sardinia but beautiful. The town of Cabras is cute and lively. Worth going and highly recommended, not a normal B&B, you’ll be very happy. No complaints.

Staying at Lanita B&B turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Cabras. The place is tidy, welcoming, and radiates a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Its location is simply perfect: right in the center, easy to walk around, yet quiet enough to serve as a great base for exploring all of Sinis. What really sets it apart are the people. Mina and her staff greeted us with genuine kindness, never forced, always ready to give valuable advice on what to see and, equally important, where to eat well. And the breakfast: a real treat. Fresh products, sweets, homemade preparations, all served with great care in a lovely outdoor space. It’s one of those moments that starts your day off right. The room was spotless, the environment pleasant, with great attention to detail and hospitality that sticks with you. We felt truly comfortable and left with the sense that we had found not just a place to sleep, but a place to return to. A heartfelt thanks to Mina and the whole Lanita team. Highly recommended, without any reservations. ❤️

The red camera was so cute! Every morning the breakfast changed, served by a very kind and always smiling lady. Mrs. Mina welcomed us, offered drinks, and gave us all the info to visit the best beaches and surroundings. We were absolutely happy!!!
