The staff produced a false bill under your name without a signature, demanding extra payment by claiming you had ordered something that wasn’t on the bill; they asked you to pay twice, and when we requested to see the bill we threatened to go to the police station, but they refused to provide it. The front‑desk staff were uneducated and unhelpful.
There was nothing positive, and it didn’t offer good value for money.
The experience was good.
The location was good, but the restaurant was disappointing.

The only thing that mattered was being close to old Surat city; otherwise the property offered nothing noteworthy, with average rooms and only basic amenities in the room.
