Everything: location, reception staff service, restaurant, cleanliness, all very helpful and polite. I highly recommend it! I have no negative comments; the stay was excellent.
The bed was good, but the shower didn’t work.
The hotel's exceptional service and comfortable rooms were notable highlights, but the internet connection could be enhanced for a more seamless experience.
“Muito boa”
The hotel was clean and comfortable, a bit pricey compared to other options, but it delivered on its promises.
“excelente”
The reception staff were attentive, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast featured fresh, tasty items—especially a macaxeira with butter and fried eggs—and everything else was delicious. Nothing to complain about.
