I got a good price‑performance for the stay, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the reception was open 24/7. However, the staff at the front desk were confused – they thought I had to pay a city tax even though it was included in the booking price – and they gave me confusing directions on how to reach my room. The shower had almost no trash, but the door in the shower area kept squeaking, and there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which wasn’t listed in the room details. The hotel’s rating of 8.6/10 made me expect everything to be ready, so I had to bring my own soap and shower gel.

The linens were very clean. Everything was great. The rooms were spotless.

I appreciated being able to check in after midnight. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were tidy and silent. The only downside was that the pillow felt a bit too big for me.
