The breakfast area was pleasant, the only positive thing about this hotel. The staff member named Ruben was extremely rude and unprofessional at reception, acting more like a police officer than a host (perhaps they had never welcomed foreign guests). He asked during check‑in: 1. What is your purpose of visiting India? 2. When did you land in India? 3. Which city are you going to next? 4. Your visa will expire very soon? (I had only booked a one‑day stay and my visa was valid for another two weeks). After we checked out, the same staff called our taxi driver to ask which hotel we were staying at – the most weird and intrusive thing I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was noisy, many guests were drunk and roaming at night. The bathroom smelled, toiletries were missing and we had to call several times for a toothbrush. The swimming pool was disappointing, and the seating area was full of food particles and flies.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the food at the restaurants was delicious, and the room was spotless and met all my business needs; I can't think of any negatives.
