The price was good, but I found a lot of dead bugs in the corners of the room—at least they were dead. There was no coffee pot in the room. We were told the room was ready while the cleaning staff were still inside, so when we entered we could see what had been wiped down (still wet) versus what hadn’t. It was clear the floor was mopped but not swept.

They let my dog stay with us, which was great, but the remote stopped working. I asked the housekeeper the next morning to fix it before I returned, but nothing happened. I also told them I only needed clean towels, yet they never delivered them. Other than that, everything was fine, and there wasn’t much noise.

The front desk clerk, a young girl, was truly exceptional.

The location was great, but I kept finding roaches.

The shower and its head were excellent, and the bed was clean, yet the yard around the property needed mowing.
