The hotel was pretty nice with great facilities and a tasty breakfast that was included. However, staff were short; the front desk took about 20 minutes to open when I arrived, and at checkout the clerk was swamped with other guests. After hours the desk isn’t staffed, but there is an emergency phone. I would have given it a 10/10 if not for that hassle.

The location was acceptable, but the breakfast was a bit simple compared with a similarly priced hotel in Stockholm.

The location was good, rooms were large, and the price was worth it; it’s close to Kista Galleria and Kista Mässan. Parking nearby was cheap and convenient, and the area was quiet. The only downside was that there was no breakfast on the weekend. They might consider partnering with a chain or Kista Galleria for a weekend breakfast.
