Viewpoint Khaoyai Hotel

The room was quiet, private, and clean. Breakfast was awesome, delicious, and offered a variety of choices. The location was so easy to access from the main Thanarat road.

“Beautiful fibre optic star ceiling, polite and helpful staff but system malfunction is nightmare.”

The breakfast line was too minimal. The quality of food was okay, but the selections were far from what the price promised. Electricity went out for an hour, leaving the room and lobby completely dark. The emergency lamp in the room didn’t work, so I had to walk down the emergency exit stairs for four levels in the dark. The water heater in the bathroom shut down a few times a day, and I had to call for help while struggling in the middle of a shower—what a chaos!

“I highly enjoyed my stay at Viewpoint Khao Yai”

Everything was great—staff were very helpful. Orrnicha at the front desk helped me book transport. Breakfast had a very wide range, including coffee. The swimming pool was big, well maintained, and had an obstacle that entertained my daughters. The Viewpoint Khao Yai location was excellent—closer to all tourist spots. I had a very good time with my family. The only downside was the depth of the private pool, which wasn’t ideal.

“Good Mountain View with Reasonable Price.”

The location is great, close to the main street “Mu si” with many cafés and restaurants, and there’s a swimming pool with warm water; however, the kids’ game facilities are not free.

The equipment is top‑class, the staff are very smiling, welcoming, and helped us organize our stay; the buffet is very good, and there’s a game room with a billiard table, arcade games, pinball, and video games.
